Domestic Ornamentation

This 2025 collection is rooted in a dialogue with women’s domestic history, particularly interaction with objects that would have shaped everyday life. I approach antique domestic artifacts as sculptural forms, reimagining them as sites of cultural resonance.

In reimagining domestic objects as art, I intend to retain their traces of use out of respect for my unknown collaborators, while allowing these pieces to absorb new layers of interpretation. My goal is to situate these objects within craft and memory, asserting their rightful place in the larger narrative of material culture.
